Sam Kelly is Head of Operations and Client Experience at ComplianceRT, where she oversees operational delivery, customer experience, communication, and cross-functional coordination across the company’s compliance and cybersecurity programs. She works closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to help structure and simplify complex regulatory and certification journeys involving frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, ISO 42001, NIS2, DORA, and the EU AI Act.
Alongside operations and client success, Sam plays an active role in shaping ComplianceRT’s product experience, branding, and communication strategy. She contributes directly to the evolution of the 360vue platform, helping bridge technology, operations, and human-centered design to create scalable and transparent compliance experiences.
With over 17 years of experience across product design, UX strategy, branding, and digital operations, Sam brings a multidisciplinary approach that combines strategic thinking, systems design, and business execution. Her work focuses on creating experiences that connect people, services, and technology in a more intuitive, efficient, and scalable way.
