Sam Sahana brings over three decades of accomplished leadership at Board and Executive level across multinational and high-growth technology-driven organizations. His career spans both large public companies and PE-backed ventures in sectors including consumer, retail, logistics, healthcare, travel, and financial services.

A seasoned technologist and strategist, Sam has served as Global CIO of IATA (Geneva), Group CTO and Board Director of EurotacGlass AG (Freienbach, Schwyz), Group CTO of Odeon and UCI Cinemas, CIO Advisor at Walgreens Boots Alliance, CTO and Board Director at ReBOUND Returns, and EVP at Reverse Logistics Group.

Throughout his 25-year executive career in technology and product innovation, Sam has built, scaled, and exited multiple ventures — from startups and scaleups such as Opodo, ReBOUND Returns, and Reverse Logistics Group, to leading enterprise transformations for Fortune 500 and PE-owned companies.

His extensive experience with leading private equity and venture capital firms — including Cinven, BC Partners, Candover, Terra Firma, BGF, and EMK Capital — has shaped his expertise in value creation, operational excellence, and innovation-led growth.

Having lived and worked in the UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Canada, and Germany, Sam brings a truly international perspective to leadership, technology, and governance.

Today, as Founder and CEO of ComplianceRT, Sam leads a mission born in Switzerland’s Trust Valley: to redefine compliance and cybersecurity through AI-powered orchestration, automation, and human expertise — transforming digital trust into a sustainable competitive advantage.
